Fine. Fine, just-- look, we need to think of a way to keep watch on one another, yeah? Stick with Charlie, if not with me. Or Victor. We've got Talbot on a truce right now, but I'd rather not press things until we know for sure he's not going to slit our throats in the night.

Yeah, I thought so, too. Sort of the reason why I gave the bastard the option.

[It goes without saying that she cares, which is good, because Chloe isn't at all good at saying she cares. This is as much of an effort as she's capable of making aside from the suggestion of running away to a warm beach somewhere, and unfortunately, this world doesn't have any.]
